Meet our empawyees!

Most of our cats at Meownistry are adoptable (except permanent staff at the very bottom). If you are keen, do come down to meet and interact with the cats to see which ones are the best personal fit for you!

Brownie

Brownie is over 20 years old, which is more than 100 years old in human years! She's a gentle and affectionate senior citizen, who purrs and rubs on you whenever she can. She's missing an eye from a previous infection, but is otherwise very healthy for a senior cat!

Kiki

Kiki is a curious black cat who is always up for treats and mealtime. He uses his paw to eat when he scoops food. A little shy but forgets to be when there are treats present. He was rescued from landed property area near Namly / Bukit Timah with his brother Jiji.

Jiji

Living up to his (Japanese) Studio Ghibli counterpart, Jiji is a kind and playful cat that loves your attention. Recently came out of his shell with the help of treats, often spotted running around and playing with his brothers. Jiji was rescued from landed property area near Namly / Bukit Timah with his brother Kiki.

Bali

Sweet affectionate lady who came from a hoarder house with 56 total cats. It is the same home as Rusty and Paris. She has a stubby but fluffy tail. A little shy at first but will warm up to you in time. She has the most delightful chirps.

Lucky

Lucky is a mother of four kittens we have under our care (Oreo, Snickers, Cookie, Twix). She is a stray found near a restaurant whom we trapped and neutered. Currently wandering around Level 3. Curious and will sniff to check if you have food.

Mochi

Mochi was rescued from a dumping case of 18 cats at Lengkok Bahru. A very sweet and playful boy who is still trying to learn how to control his bite strength.

Paris

Sweet affectionate lady who came from a hoarder house with 56 total cats. It is the same home as Rusty and Bali. She has a long tail which is uncommon for Singapore Special cats. Will purr for treats!

Rusty

Rusty was rescued from the same hoarder house as Bali and Paris. He has a level 3 heart murmur but that doesn't stop him from running around and exploring our space. His adopter will need to take extra care about the heart issue.

Oreo & Snickers

Two kittens rescued when their mother Lucky gave birth outside (littermates with Cookie & Twix). Playful and loves to climb up on you when given the chance. We are prioritising pair adoptions as the entire litter is very close.

Cookie & Twix

The other two kittens rescued when their mother Lucky gave birth outside (littermates with Oreo & Snickers). Playful and loves to climb up on you when given the chance. We are prioritising pair adoptions as the entire litter is very close.

Cheddar

Cheddar is an opinionated orange cat who will tell you exactly what he thinks of you, with the many many variations of his meows. He is an abandonment case that was brought in when he was discovered by a community cat feeder doing their rounds. Currently pending home trial for adoption.

Permanent Staff

Opal

Opal is a calm, friendly and affectionate cat who is chill with both cats and humans. He loves pets and treats and is a gentle giant. However, he will sometimes play bite.
