Meet our empawyees!

All of our cats at Meownistry are adoptable. If you are keen, do come down to meet and interact with the cats to see which ones are the best personal fit for you!

Mike

Mike was abandoned by previous owners and didn't do well outside; he got bullied by the other cats and was not allowed to eat. Now he has a private room all to himself to relax in on Level 3. He loves chicken and cheek scratches.

Wally

Where's Wally? Well, you don't have to ask, because he's usually found roaming around the open lounge at Level 2. He was found at a park previously. If he likes you, he will lift his body and will rub up against you with a "jumping" motion, like a dolphin.

Yogurt

Yogurt was abandoned by previous expatriate owners when they left Singapore. He is totally a lap cat and enjoys headpats from people, and has a distinct "mrreow" that sounds like a meow and chirp at the same time. Currently lounging around upstairs on Level 3.

Brownie

Brownie is over 20 years old, which is more than 100 years old in human years! She's a gentle and affectionate senior citizen, who purrs and rubs on you whenever she can. She's missing an eye from a previous infection, but is otherwise very healthy for a senior cat!

Heidashuai 黑大帅

Named after a character from a Chinese cartoon, Heidashuai loves to rub on your legs and follow you around wherever you go. Her original owners are still trying to figure out how to export her back to China. Head scratches are preferred over chest scratches, and she has the most adorable meows. (Pending adoption if original owners can't figure it out)

Zimomo

Who needs a toy Zimomo when there's a much better upgraded one right here? Rescued from a hoarder house, Zimomo is sweet and friendly, always purring and looking for your attention (we suspect for treats). One of the few rare female orange cats, she'll self-entertain too, chasing after something only she can see.

Kiki (top)

No, this is not a two-headed cat! This is Kiki (with Jiji most likely). Kiki is a curious black cat who is always up for treats and mealtime. He uses his paw to eat when he scoops food. A little shy but forgets to be when there are treats present. He was rescued from landed property area near Namly / Bukit Timah with his brothers Kiji and Jiji.

Jiji

Living up to his (Japanese) Studio Ghibli counterpart, Jiji is a kind and playful cat that loves your attention. Recently came out of his shell with the help of treats, often spotted running around and playing with his brothers. Jiji was rescued from landed property area near Namly / Bukit Timah with his brothers Kiji and Kiki. He's the biggest among his brothers.

Kiji

Kiji will eat anything and everything he lays his paws on, and will meow at you for food. Will sit in your lap sometimes when he feels like it. He's playful and easy to distract with toys. Kiji was rescued from landed property area near Namly / Bukit Timah with his brothers Jiji and Kiki. (Pending home trial for adoption)

Caramel

Affectionately called "Carameow" by the human staff, Caramel is a friendly cat found at a fire station in Bukit Batok when he was just a kitten. Playful and often seen running around with Kiki, Kiji and Jiji. Will purr for treats. (Pending home trial for adoption)
